Working at Davidsons as a Commerce Graduate I am constantly exposed to new learning experiences. I enjoy being part of a team and having a one on one mentor to guide me in my day-to-day tasks. At the same time I am able to work independently to test my own abilities.

I am enjoying meeting new people and socializing with my work colleagues after hours. Davidsons offers a number of avenues for work colleagues to socialise. The opportunities to learn and grow as a person are endless.

I enjoy the endless opportunities and challenges offered by Davidsons as the client base is very diverse. This provides exposure to many different challenging issues and avenues of resolving them.   Davidsons believes in the constant upkeep and improvement of their team’s skills in all areas whether it be technical or personal which I value greatly.

The importance placed on keeping our culture on par between all the offices is evident in the way the offices are brought  together for training sessions, team meetings and social events; I enjoy the interaction on these occasions.
