Peter has a breadth of experience in business strategy and transition advice. After a restructure of the Davidsons business, Peter has in the last 5 years focused in the areas of leadership and growth of the Davidsons Group. As CEO he is responsible for performance and growth of all facets of the business encompassing some 10 Directors and 60 staff.

| Ian Sweet B.Com, CPA, Registered Tax Agent Director in charge of Tax and Business Services
Ian has worked in Public Practice for 12 of the 26 years since he graduated from Deakin University. Has also spent 6 years as a CFO in the Health and Aged Care Sector, 2 years with Target in Management Accounting and 6 Years in the Finance sector in roles ranging from Internal Audit to Managing large lending projects.

Stephen leads an audit team that provides a full suite of external and internal audit services. Stephen has been a Director at Davidsons for the last 10 years and also consults in the areas of aged care and health services.

Steven has over 20 years experience in public accounting, with experience obtained in all aspects of private business and taxation consulting. To assist in superannuation strategy advice Steven is an authorised representative of Professional Investment Services. Steven joined Davidsons 13 years ago after experience with a national chartered accountancy firm and has been a Director for over 6 years.

Clint has been in the public practice sphere since graduating from RMIT in 1995. After initially working at Ernst and Young, Clint joined Davidsons in 1999 and became a Director of Davidsons in July 2007.

| Justin McGrath B.Com, CPA Director Tax and Business Services
Justin has a Bachelor of Commerce completed at Deakin University in 1992. For 4 years Justin worked in a Sales and Management position within the Building & Construction Industry. In 1996 he commenced his accounting career with a Geelong Accounting firm. Joining Davidsons in November 1997, Justin became a Director of Davidsons in July 2007.
Key specialisations include: Building and Construction and Property Development industry including all structuring CGT and GST matters that affect this sector. |

Maree joined Davidsons 12 years ago after internal accounting roles within the hotel industry. Maree studied part time to complete her degree while working full time and graduated from Deakin University in 1995. Maree became a Director of Davidsons in July 2007.

Kylie joined Davidsons in September 1999 and since then has balanced her Bachelor of Commerce and CPA studies whilst working full time with our firm. Commencing in our Tax and Business Services Division, Kylie moved into a specialised Tax Consulting role in January 2007.

Ross founded Davidsons Financial Planning after considerable experience working as a financial planner at NAB, Deloitte and Johnson Taylor. Ross is also a qualified Accountant.

 | Dominic Morello B.Com, B.Sci, CA, MNIA, FTIA Director Tax & Business Services Dom has recently been appointed as Director of our South Melbourne Office. Dom returned to Davidsons in 2005 having started his career with Davidsons as a graduate in Geelong. He has over 10 years experience providing accounting and taxation advice to a diverse range of SME clients across a wide range of industries.
