Our Graduate Program takes the incumbent on a journey within the organisation to experience the varying nature of work within each of our divisions, from Auditing and Financial Services to Bookkeeping and Tax & Business Services. They have the unique opportunity to interact with other team members of all levels within the organisation as they move between divisions and they are exposed to varying management styles and industry specialists along the way. This in turn develops an adaptability to new situations and an extensive knowledge base of the services we offer to our clients from a hands-on experience perspective.

The Graduate Program will enable the incumbent to:

- Develop a broad knowledge and understanding of the firm
- Be exposed to different management styles
- Increase their technical knowledge and skills
- Develop all important communication skills
- Allow a speedy integration into the firm
- Be introduced to a diversity of work
- Reach their full potential over the course of the year
- Provide a solid foundation for a career with Davidsons

 

The position commences in February 2011, with the possibility of some vacation work during holidays in 2010. Upon completion of the Graduate Year, the incumbent is placed into one of our divisions giving consideration to the strengths of the individual and the needs of the business at that time. If you are hard working, dedicated, reliable, enthusiastic and have great interpersonal skills, then these traits will hold you in good stead for this role.

Essential Criteria:
- Completion of degree in 2010
- Accounting Major
- Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit of Software
- Good academic standing
- Drivers licence and vehicle
