Leadership can be divided into 3 areas of behavior.

iii/ Development

i/ to maintain a commitment to ongoing development in all of the above 3 areas
ii/ to ensure the priorities we choose are chosen ‘very carefully’

The climate has 4 components
i/ Empathy: the People issues
ensure people are understood
ii/ Clarity: the Core Business issues
enabling, encouraging roles to be clarified
iii/ Engagement: the Core Business issues

iv/ Learning the Development issues
feedback, employee development, behavior change
The way to change the climate is to change behaviors and /or processes.
As a general rule, the causes of organizational or team concerns are found in this area.
3. Staff Motivation
This includes

4. Organisational Performance
This is the agreed team and/ or organizational KPI’s. They might include
i/ Client Satisfaction
ii/ Work Throughput
iii/ Targets met etc
