The Appraisal & Recognition Process was developed to assist in developing the feedback & leadership climate at Davidsons.

The strategic importance of a coordinated, consistent, relevant, focused, accountable, regularly reviewed program to maximize the leadership & the climate is very, very significant to Davidsons.

The Appraisal and Recognition process developed at Davidsons aims to maximize all 4 of these components and as such ensure a “healthy climate”.
